I thought I should probably start a whole new thread for this since it's important. I just got an e-mail from Lisa (webmaster of http://www.amy-bruckner.net) & she said this about when she called Disney:
Yeah Disney told me they have noticed the emails and letters and phone calls people have been doing but I've made sure to make it clear that we keep trying even harder now; it IS a ploy..thats what the guy told me..only not in so many words was more like "Disney know the Phil fans will back down once they find out they have been listening" but sorry Mr. Disney we arent backing down until we get what we want.
So whatever we do, we CANNOT let Disney plays these mind games & make us think we're winning & back down just because of it. Prove them wrong by sending them MORE e-mails & making even MORE phone calls than before. Do NOT back down until the show is officially saved!

I kind of figured that Disney would use this kind of tom-foolery. Don't worry, though... we shan't stop until we win this thing.
Of course Disney noticed us. Who wouldn't? But yeah, we have to bug them even more now...

Though this would make Disney look stupid do you think that they might announce that they've ordered a third season to get us off of their backs and then it turns out that that was just another ploy? They're so evil. I wonder if they were counting in this much fan response.

There are rules surrounding that -- they probably can't announce a new season and never make it. That's probably illegal somehow. And if they did we could sue them, that would be fun.

Yeah, it would be fun to sue them. But it would only come up if Disney decides to go that low. But even if they did do that, we probably wouldn't win. It would be a few thousand of us against the whole team of Disney who, by the way, has a lot of money. I doubt it would come to that though. Just my thoughts. But the fact that our efforts are coming through really makes me happy!   Just another thing that has nothing to do with this: My movie maker has been crashing a lot, but it should be almost fixed. So, to my fans, the new music videos should be up pretty soon on YouTube.  |

I completely agree. There is /no/ backing down, and I don't plan to do such! They think they can take away /our/ show, one of the best shows EVER?! Then they don't know the fans well enough. =P There is no other show on Disney that even measures up to this, and they should know that if they cancel it, they're going to be losing a ton of fans. NO BACKING DOWN!  |

It's not illegal for a compnay to say they are going to produce a season/show and than dont do it...IF they hired back all of the actors and then cancelled again the actors do have a right to sue Disney IF and only IF their contracts does not state that "Disney have the right to terminate the show and/or this contract whenever they see fit" type of stuff in it..only of course in more legal terms.
It's so wrong for Disney to do this to us but I bet thier dinkum dollar (<3 australian slang) that they were not counting on 16,000 emails sent to them in the ONE day!

Sadly that is so true. That dude thought I was 8..lovely thought (you know to be 8 again hehee) but no sir I'm not a stupid little kid that'll take whatever Disney say and believe it..I guess they didn't listen to me when I said "you arent dealing with kids here you are dealing with adults who know what Disney is capable of and who know what the fans are capable of and we know that if we all stick together we can kick some Disney butt since there are more potf fans than Disney people."  |
