Untitled: A Ricky Ullman Fan Fiction
Chapter One
It was 3 am, Saturday night. Ricky and said good-bye to his friends after a mind-blowing party at the VIP section at Suite16, a chic, high-class California bar.
”Hey, Raviv! Heading home so early?” Laughing, Ricky’s friend Drake called out to him as he was making his way to his car.
He turned around and laughed. “Drake, the party’s over… deal with it…no… kidding… uhhm… yeah… I have to head home. I have to tape this new commercial tomorrow… great party, by the way… thanks”
”Yeah… anytime man…” Drake shook his friend’s hand and gave him a one-armed-hug.
Ricky got into his car- a brand-new convertible Mustang. He began to drive and raised the top of his car because it started raining. About a few blocks away, he saw a girl walking in the rain, without an umbrella. He inched closer to the curve and opened his window.
”hey…” The girl didn’t answer so he decided to follow her, slowly with his car. “Excuse me…?”
Finally the girl stopped. She peeked into the window. “Yes…?”
Ricky leaned outside “Need a ride?” He asked her politely.
She looked around. “No, thanks, I’m fine. I’m just a few of blocks away… I can walk…” She started walking again, but he continued following her…
”Are you sure? It’s raining pretty hard… hop in, I’ll drop you off…” She looked at him He laughed. “I promise I won’t hurt you…” She raised an eyebrow and he gave her a sheepish smile. Finally, the girl surrendered and got in the car.
”I’m not worried you’ll… hurt me. I can take care of myself. I’m worried about you driving after drinking…”
Ricky looked at her. “I didn’t have any drinks. I have to go to work early tomorrow… hey… were you at Drake’s party?”
The girl laughed. “No, not really… I was walking home and I saw you walking out of the bar…” Then she looked out the window…
”I see…oh… sorry… I’m Raviv…” He extended his right hand for her to shake.
She took his hand, unfazed. “I know…” Ricky looked at her and laughed. She glared at him. “What?”
He turned his attention back to the road. “Nothing… it’s just most people I meet don’t have the same reaction you do…most of them… well…they just…”
”I know… sorry to disappoint you…” she looked at him and smiled.
He laughed. “No, no it’s cool… I actually missed that kind of reaction..”
She didn’t say anything and looked out the window again… “Well, this is me…” Ricky pulled up in front of a building only a few away from where his apartment was.
”Okay… mine is just a few buildings away… anyway… bye” He opened the locks to the door.
The girl got off. “Thanks for the ride, Raviv…” She held out her hand.
He shook it. “No problem…” She closed the door and started walking away. Ricky opened the window and called out… “Hey… you said your name was…?” The girl turned around.
”I didn’t…” She smiled and walked away. Ricky laughed and headed home.
